A very good friend got married on Sunday. It was such a beautiful wedding, nestled among so much greenery. The Miller sisters have been friends for a long, long time and they both looked incredibly gorgeous.

Everyone cried.

Michael surprised me when he started looking at the food, the scenery, all the little pieces that come together to make a wedding. It must be all the planning we’ve done so far for our wedding that’s given him new eyes.

I think Ashley dreamt of feeling like a princess when she a little girl and wanted her wedding to reflect that. She succeeded in aces. The reception was held in an unbelievable cave-like room. The doors opened to epic music. Michael was in heaven and kept feeling the walls, going “this is real rock!”
We unfortunately had to leave early, right after dinner, because Michael had a call with India that we had to get back to San Francisco for, but it was a stunning time. Besides for the fact my molar crown fell off three bites into my salmon dinner. Yea, root canal time tomorrow morning. Yikes.
Congratulations to Ashley and Andrew!! They are off on a three-week-long honeymoon to Paris and ending in Hawaii. Sounds amazing.
xoxo,
Jenn

Michael and I had a great time last night in Napa. Even though it was cold, rainy, and gray, we still stayed out way past my bedtime before finally making it back to the John Muir Inn.
