It’s not every day UC Hastings cancels school. But not every day is Halloween and an enormous Giants parade. People were everywhere.
Rooftops, trees, cranes, poles – all full of people. I couldn’t even believe some of the places people crammed themselves into to watch the celebration. It was awesome though.

The SF Giants won the World Series tonight! Though I’m not a huge sports person, even I was sucked into the excitement.
We already hear the honks and screams on the streets outside our apartment window and expect them to last all night. For once, I don’t even mind.
Michael and I watched the game at Tortilla Heights (Bush and Divis) to celebrate Erica’s big 30 birthday. The Giants win is probably the best birthday present.
