Hey there!
We had such a good time on the Carnival Freedom cruising the Caribbean last week for Michael’s 30th birthday that we booked a 12-day cruise for our honeymoon next year on the second-to-last day. What can I say, they hooked us.
Once I saw “St. Petersburg, Russia” as one of the ports of call, I was done for. RUSSIA.

Egypt, Russia and Mongolia are probably the three places I’ve really wanted to see since I was a little girl. We did Egypt a couple of years ago and now we’re going to Russia!
It’s the Baltic Sea cruise and we did splurge on a huge balcony room since it’ll be for our honeymoon. Neither Michael nor I ever considered going on a cruise for our honeymoon until we were actually aboard the Freedom, but I think it’s such a good idea. Everything is taken care of and all we have to do is relax and have fun.
I’m going to start hunting for one of those round fur hats. Have to blend in with the locals!
xoxo,
Jenn

/ June 20, 2012That itinerary looks amazing! We are already backpacking Europe for our honeymoon, but we have been looking into hopping on a cruise that goes to some places we weren’t planning on – there are so many cruise deals, it’s hard to pass up! Plus, that way we can have a bit of relaxation as well!

/ June 20, 2012Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! Cruises are sooo relaxing, I would highly recommend. Although, beware all the food. I seriously gained so much weight just from last week’s trip.

/ June 24, 2012Amazing trip! I did the same itinerary a while back on Princess. Berlin is a bit of a trek from the port but well worth it. It might have been my favorite city.
